I offer non-traditional counseling/coaching alternatives to inspire you to create the positive changes you want. Standard 50-minute office sessions don't go far enough for some people. That's why, in addition to standard sessions, for nearly 20 years I have offered my clients different approaches. For some it's multiple-hour sessions in a traditional setting; for others, it's doing our work together outdoors sitting in a peaceful place or walking together. Symptoms of depression and anxiety are clues from the body that the existing state is no longer sustainable. I view this as an opportunity rather than a dilemma or tragedy. My goal is to assist each client in revealing childhood wiring that is creating difficulties in present time. The intent is to allow authenticity and agency to emerge from unconscious reactions and behavior determined by family patterning.
