I will be accepting new clients starting Nov 1st! Everyone comes to therapy with their own unique experiences that have brought them to where they are today. My goal is to provide you with unbiased, encouraging, positive support as well as the therapeutic tools to navigate through any struggles you may be having.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depressive disorders, PTSD/trauma, life changes, aging, disability, and caregiver stress. Together, we will use an eclectic mix of therapeutic strategies to best support your specific needs, with a focus on CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy.
