Anissa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy and works with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families encountering a variety of life’s struggles. Individual as well as marital and family treatment may include dealing with marital concerns, communication/coping difficulties, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, spirituality, trauma, attachment and boundary issues, co-dependence, addiction and grief. Her focused work includes those who have experienced relational difficulties, anxiety/depression, trauma and ADHD/ADD. Anissa helps families, couples and individuals navigate and manage life within a neurodivergent/ADHD environment. Anissa helps to create therapeutic environments for those healing from traumatic experiences within childhood and adult life.
