Warm, intuitive, and supportive are some of the words my clients use to describe my work with them. I’m a licensed psychotherapist who has been in the mental health arena and serving others for several years. I have a specialty in working with Women and children and now work primarily with all adult populations. I am an African American Woman from South Jersey and provide psychotherapy to assist in managing anxiety, depression, and trauma. This lived experience has allowed me to have a unique perspective of life challenges and develop an understanding of our needs as individuals.
This has also allowed me to develop a specialty in working with Multiply Marginalized Populations not just within the African American Community but within Asian and Latinè Communities as well. My priority when working with clients is to make sure that they know they are valued in our work together and assist in navigating all those sacred spaces.
Our therapy services assist in the restoration and strength of every individual mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We are concerned about the whole person and incorporate services that address the person’s individual needs. We are waiting for you!
