I have worked with diverse clientele, specializing in depression, anxiety, stress management, loss, communication skills, life transitions, trauma resolution, and interpersonal relationships. I use a variety of client centered approaches in a safe, non-judgmental setting to join you on your journey to heath. I work with individual adults ages 20 and above.
I specialize in CBT and EMDR, drawing from various modalities depending on your needs and specific treatment goals. My goal is to help you resolve challenges and to provide you with support and guidance as you begin to move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
