Hi! I am Lexi Todd, CSW. I have a passion for working with clients who are seeking support and guidance and are motivated for self-growth and healing. I work with children, adolescents, couples, and families to address many types of concerns including; Depression, Anxiety, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, trauma, and identity issues.
As a therapist I offer a variety of interventions including client centered therapy CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis work, and more. These are modalities are used conjointly with my therapeutic focus of prioritizing your needs for safety, support, humor, understanding, and compassion.
