As a former youth lead ministry teacher, I felt led to counseling through my faith, aiming to support holistic development in others and continue to do so regardless of their beliefs. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients achieve breakthroughs and realize lasting change. I use CBT and practical assignments to help them apply session insights to daily life. I’m open to integrating faith into therapy, but clients guide that process. My goal is to create a safe space where change is slow but achievable, while empowering clients to advocate for themselves.
