I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who specializes in treating psychological trauma, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and depression.
My treatment style is notable for humor, flexibility, and thinking outside of the box. I developed my own treatment approach combining traditional medication therapy with individualized therapeutic measures based on my experience and background in ballet, art, philosophy, and natural healing approaches.
I grew up in Soviet Ukraine, and my experiences there had a major influence on me choosing mental health as a career path. While in Ukraine, I earned my master’s degree in philosophy and political science from State Schevchenko University in Kyiv. After moving to the United States, I went back to school and became a Doctor of Nursing Practice.
