I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in treating those ages 16 and over who have health concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, grief, and stress or trauma related disorders. I believe treatment should be approachable. My style is to partner with you to improve your overall health. We will work together to help you redefine what a healthy lifestyle is and reclaiming your identity over mental illness. Mental illness simply does not end with the brain, it affects the overall body.
Supporting long-term wellness does not stop with medication management. Together we can identify how to incorporate changes to promote improved health and symptom control. I aim to help you gain coping skills and introducing lifestyle changes to promote a sense of self-mastery and control over your illness.
