I’m a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, with over 25 years of experience in nursing focused on public health and psychiatry/mental health. I believe that mental health should be first health and that there is a critical connection between physical health and mental health. My approach is holistic, understanding medication can be beneficial but is not the only tool to be utilized. We'll also explore how therapy, nutrition, sleep, and physical activity may be affecting how you feel.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse and nursing assistant. I have worked with a large population of people over those 19 years and would love to help you out in a non-judgmental way.
