I believe good mental health is the corner stone in every person's life. In todays hectic and chaotic world we sometimes neglect taking care of our own mental health which can lead to burnout and psychological decompensation. I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with vast experience treating mental health conditions. I currently offer medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, alcohol use disorder/substance use disorder, panic disorder, PTSD. In addition to medication management I offer supportive psychotherapy.
