I am a child/adolescent and addiction psychiatrist in New York City. While excited to work with any child or family seeking help, my practice is geared towards adolescents and young adults experiencing the harmful effects of substance use or addiction. My approach to care is wholistic and family-based, seeking creative solutions to address the social, cultural, environmental, and political determinants of mental health and wellness.
I received my medical and public health degrees from Johns Hopkins University, then completed adult psychiatry residency at Yale University and child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship at NYU and Bellevue Hospital. I am currently part of the faculty group practice at the NYU Child Study Center while pursuing fellowship training in addiction psychiatry.
As one of the few child and addiction trained psychiatrists in the city, I know how hard it is to find appropriate treatment and strive to provide the highest quality of care.
