I work with clients who have mood and anxiety disorders and are interested in comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and ensuing treatment. I am a licensed, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the states of Washington and Oregon. I welcome adolescent and adult clients with mental health conditions. My approach in treatment is collaborative, partnering with clients in pursuit of their mental wellbeing. I incorporate the growing practice of nutrition psychiatry in my treatment plans as I see the benefits of natural remedies complementary with traditional treatments.

He serves clients across the lifespan and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, ADHD, Addiction, and other mood disorders. Steve specializes in the care of clients within the LGBTQ community, as well as survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Steve was a 2020 recipient of the Ken Dunning Trauma Informed Care Commissioner’s Award, a distinguished honor bestowed by the New York Department of Health for practitioners who provide medical services to trauma survivors.

JaShunta “Jai” Carson Is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In addition to her clinical experience, Ms. Carson’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, a Master’s of Science in Environmental Science and Rural Occupational Health from the University of Alabama, as well as second Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and finally a second Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
