My motivation for working with children and young adults comes from personal experiences as a coach. It starts with a safe environment, cultivating the foundation of growth and development, while empowering youth to lead fulfilling lives. My experience managing substance use disorders within the community has provided a better understanding for those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or even changes in mood and sleep effected from the Covid-19 pandemic.

I earned both my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees at Pacific Lutheran University. She has 27 years of experience in outpatient settings, community mental health, medical centers clinics, private practice and corrections. Ms. Church's goal is to work in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals. She offers holistic, client-centered care using nutrition and other lifestyle modalities in addition to medicine. She works with client's therapists and primary care doctors to help clients as part of their care team.
