IFS is a non-pathologizing, transformative, and evidence-based psychotherapy that guides individuals toward access and love of their inner protective and wounded parts. This includes exploration of thoughts, feelings, sensations, and imagery. In addition to IFS, I draw from narrative therapy and other somatically oriented approaches including mindfulness and Vipassana meditation, and I am fascinated by the transformation that can occur when we become curious about the body’s wisdom.
