Karim Saleh is a graduate from Ain Shams University - Faculty of Medicine and completed his medical residency at Saint Louis University. He's been practicing psychiatry in Washington since 2010 and helping adults with a wide range of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, schizophrenia and co-occurring disorders. Karim believes in an evidence-based treatment philosophy. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and travel.

Alaba Kenny Kehinde is a Nurse Practitioner in Sammamish, WA. He is a graduate of Walden University with a focus on Psychiatric/Mental health. Kenny is non-judgmental in his approach and provides individualized treatment. Kenny provides medication management for adults with a particular interest in Mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, psychosis/schizophrenia, and substance use disorders, to mention a few. I love getting to know my clients and their stories; everyone has unique strengths to draw upon in treatment. For the past ten years I have provided psychiatric services to clients of all ages. I have additional training and specialization in child, adolescent, and young adult psychiatric care, as well as LGBTQIA+ care. While I treat all ages, my primary focus is with children, adolescents, and autism throughout the lifespan. I believe in a partnership between provider and client. My treatment focus is for those age 17 and older, seeking assessments and treatment for mood, thought and cognitive processing issues. Dr. Seratt is a Family Nurse Practitioner that treats patients across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in Women's health and working with young families and individuals across the lifespan. Dr. Seratt is a certified perinatal mental health specialist and provides specialty care during the perinatal and postnatal period. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Pacific Lutheran University. She believes in using pharmaceuticals as part of a larger toolbox to support individuals as they work towards maximizing their whole health.

Dr. Tatiana DeGraffenreid, a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, that treats patients across the lifespan with a particular emphasis on adults and adolescents. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio State University and her Doctoral degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. With a commitment to holistic healthcare and a passion for mental health advocacy, she treats patients of all ages and diagnoses, employ She is passionate about providing holistic psychiatric care for all her patients.

Rachel Lee is a dual Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), that treats patients across the lifespan. She is experienced in both Pediatric and Adult care and has worked in a multitude of clinical environments. Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and completed her graduate studies at Seattle University (FNP) and Frontier Nursing University (PMHNP). She enjoys creating tailored holistic treatment plans for her patients, integrating pharmacotherapy and therapeutic modalities of care.

Meet Charles – a board-certified Family Psychiatric NP and a devoted former Navy Corpsman. With 20+ potent years of medical experience, Charles is an alumnus of Saint Louis University holding a Master’s in Nursing. He has championed different branches of medical sciences, including Oncology, ICU, and community mental health. Charles has marked his expertise in treating individuals across all ages, from 5 to adults. Applying a holistic approach, he addresses a diversity of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma, and more.
