With over a decade of experience in psychiatric medication management, I have been serving adults (18-65) in the greater Puget Sound area. My practice specializes in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment issues, personality disorders, and other common psychiatric conditions.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals live life to their fullest potential. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings, caring for individuals across the lifespan experiencing physical and mental health crises. I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, and have since gained experience working in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, PHP/IOP, community mental health, and in providing interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.

I have over 20 years of experience and expertise in helping people manage their mental health and well-being in adult and child/adolescent psychiatry. While providing medication management for all mental health-related issues, I specialize in Eating Disorders, OCD, and ADHD.
