As a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am equipped to provide comprehensive care for individuals and families facing mental health challenges. My training and experience have prepared me to work with a diverse range of patients, including those from under-served populations. I have a background in military medicine, working my way from being an army medic to supervising the army's busiest emergency department. I have also served in case management for Washington State DSHS, working closely with social workers and caregivers to advocate for the needs of foster children.

As a board-certified adult psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I offer psychiatric medication management with supportive therapy. Your treatment plan may involve prescribing medication, therapy, or a combination of both. I also provide education on life skills for recovery, coping skills, lifestyle changes, and self-care strategies. I believe in a patient-centered care approach that emphasizes the respect and compassion I have for my clients.

Lindsey provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide variety of mental health conditions. My work experience is quite diverse and includes providing patient care at hospitals like Fairfax Behavioral Health, offering one-on-one psychiatry care as a practitioner at clinics like DiscoveryMD, as well as teaching the next generation of doctoral students as an Associate Professor at Seattle University. As a result, I'm able to draw upon my experience in these environments and offer a unique perspective that delivers impactful care that few providers can.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals live life to their fullest potential. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings, caring for individuals across the lifespan experiencing physical and mental health crises. I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, and have since gained experience working in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, PHP/IOP, community mental health, and in providing interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
