In addition to her clinical practice, she is a Professor at George Washington University, where she enjoys working with military veterans, their families and college students, particularly those experiencing transitional challenges. As a recognized expert in Global Mental Health, she has published and presented on a wide range of psychiatric topics at national, and international conferences.

My name is Emi Leiner and I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Washington, DC. I earned my degree from Yale University, where I sub-specialized in child and adolescent psychiatry in addition to working with adults.
