I am an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for helping people in the Upper Cumberland community at Magnolia Mental Health and Wellness. I want people who visit my office to feel heard and know that their needs are being addressed on their journey to better mental health. Bringing quality healthcare services to my community is a priority, providing comprehensive mental health treatment across the lifespan. I see patients ages 6 & up, children, teens, and adults, looking at each individual's needs and their goals for treatment.
Utilizing my background in critical care, I look at the whole person, not just one piece of the puzzle. A person's whole health can affect their mental health. Using evidence-based practices and compassion, I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, trauma and OCD.
