I provide treatment for conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, and I have a special interest in OCD and pediatric mental health. I value collaborating with a client's current PCP, therapist, and consulting with specialists as needed. I also hold a certification in child psychology and development and I’m excited to now offer evaluations for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder using The ADOS-2 (sometimes referred to as the gold standard for autism evaluations), Vineland 3, and other assessment tools.

She specializes in providing compassionate and culturally competent care.

She completed her psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA and a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Dr. Checo completed a fellowship in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.
