Hello there, I am Tracie Grider, a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Virginia. I have over 18 years of nursing experience mostly working in the mental health care field. My approach to treatment is collaborating with my patients to improve their mental health by providing education on the disease process, and medication use, as well as supporting overall wellbeing.

Oluwaseyi is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner committed to providing holistic, compassionate, and personalized care. He is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He has over 20 years of clinical experience in the behavioral health specialty, treating patients across the lifespan, especially adolescents, young adults, and geriatrics.

I bring a wealth of experience and a compassionate touch to my role as a NP. With 17 years of dedicated service as a registered nurse in North Carolina, I have worked extensively in psychiatric hospitals, alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers, and hospice care. In 2021, I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from East Tennessee State University. Since then, I have been serving as a board-certified PMHNP across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. Current plans to launch business in July or August, 2024.

Ms. Jennifer Sims is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has over 25 years of experience in psychiatry and in a variety of settings including inpatient, academics, and outpatient. Ms. Sims received her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Indiana University. She is also a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and has an MBA. Her clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health well-being. She treats a variety of psychiatric disorders to include, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Through Telemedicine, I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them discover how to lead better lives from the comfort of home. I treat clients of all ages and issues and have special interests in Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorder and Schizoprenia.

Many have asked me what does ALIGN mean or stand for. ALIGN stands for the steps that one must take when attempting to align themselves back to their "baseline." or better! A vehicle comes out of alignment gradually over time from treading over minor imperfections as do we. One should realize the process for alignment again does not happen overnight nor is it a lifetime guarantee. One may find themselves out of alignment multiple times in their lives due to the wear and tear of life’s imperfections. Javier is a highly qualified psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience in managing mood disorders, particularly bipolar disorder. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in 2019 and began working as a Charge Nurse at an inpatient substance abuse and mental health unit. Recognizing the need for more advanced knowledge and training, he went on to earn his Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University and a Post-Master's certificate to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Shenandoah University.

I am Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, providing medication management and adjunctive psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I believe in a multifaceted collaborative approach to patient-centered care. My focus is on the whole person, including medical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. Parenting is a journey--you don't have to do it alone. Originally, the mission of Eucalyptus Health focused on parents, but the need for affirming psychiatric providers for the LGBTQIA+ community and veterans became increasingly apparent.
