Dr. Simmons received an MD overseas and a DNP from the University of Utah. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has nearly 20 years' experience in healthcare. Having lived in four countries with different cultures, she understands that each individual is the outcome of the complex interactions of their biopsychosocial factors and that trauma can have profound negative effects in people's lives. She respects people’s perspectives from all walks of life. She loves to assist people in improving the quality of their lives with evidence-based medical knowledge and psychotherapy skills.

He has extensive experience in treating all aspects of medical, behavioral and developmental problems in children and adolescents. He also has extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient adult psychiatry.

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve optimal well-being. Dr. Moyers is a graduate of the University of Utah's top-ranked Doctor of Nursing Practice program in Psychiatry and Mental Health where he was an R. Harold Burton Fellow. He has worked in all levels of psychiatric care over the last 12 years. His experience began as a psychiatric technician working with pediatric and adolescent patients, as a nurse with young adults in addiction recovery, and then as a charge nurse at the Utah State Hospital pediatric unit. Doctorate-level internships were completed at Polizzi Clinic, the Utah State Hospital, the VA Hospital, and West Ridge Academy.

She performed her adult and child psychiatry training at Harvard Medical School training sites including Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital and Cambridge Hospital, respectively. She has been practicing for almost 20 years in a variety of settings including academic research, inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric services.

Alyssa is nationally board certified in psychiatry, skilled in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. Her expertise is in child and adolescent psychiatry, but she has training across the lifespan. Alyssa enjoys an integrative approach and doesn’t believe that “one size fits all.” She is aware of social, economic, family, biological, behavioral, and community factors that play into treating each individual. Many modalities are available in treatment of psychiatric disorders and she is committed to finding the best combination for her patients and families.

Melissa is a psychiatric nurse practitioner intern completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor’s in nursing and has worked as a registered nurse in a residential eating disorder treatment center and as a pediatric oncology nurse.

Dr. Parry is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. She maintains a comprehensive focus to care, including brief psychotherapy and prescribing mental health medications if indicated for adolescents and adults. She possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Dr. Bentley graduated with an Associate’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Weber State University, a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. He has been working in healthcare for the past 8 years with a wide variety of experience including patients of all ages, while in inpatient, outpatient, and homecare settings.

Dr. Spencer Lowe graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree and is board certified as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Educator. Spencer is a member of the Utah Air National Guard with 18 years of service. Spencer has a passion for working with clients to improve their mental health surrounding depression, anxiety, ADHD and other mental health disorders to optimize health and wellness.
