Hello - I'm glad you're here! I provide medication management support with the Moving Forward Counseling team. Our multidisciplinary team provides individualized care to meet your healthcare needs. I have experience in family medicine, psychiatry, and addiction medicine. My goal is to empower you and support you in identifying and overcoming barriers that are preventing you from living your best life. I strongly believe in the power of holistic health and incorporate nutrition, exercise, and comprehensive lifestyle optimization into care plans to help you reach your health and wellness goals in all areas of your life.

I believe that mental and physical health are connected, and I have a passion for educating my clients to recognize potential biological issues that may be limiting their ability to manage their moods, behaviors, and/or motivation for success. I am a certified integrative mental health professional and provide services beyond medication management for those who express interest, including pharmacogenetic testing, neurotoxicity evaluations, specific condition testing, supplement and dietary recommendations, and education/referrals for additional supportive therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen treatment, etc.

Colin Riley (he/him) earned his Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an emphasis in Psychiatric-Mental Health in May of 2021. He was worked in mental health for the past 8 years. Colin (he/him) is dedicated to learning as much as he can about evidenced-based care for mental illness and is devoted to reducing stigma associated with having mental illness. Colin is an LGBTQ+ ally and is committed to providing affirmative and supportive care to this population. Colin believes in a Health at Every Size approach to wellness. He also is excited about upcoming and novel treatments in psychiatry, especially psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

I am a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) for cannabis. I collaborate with patients and their families to create personalized treatment plans to help achieve improved mental health. I specialize in medication management, esketamine/ketamine therapy, and the treatment of a broad range of mental health issues throughout the lifespan, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. I am currently accepting new patients.
