Hello! We are a mental health clinic providing psych evals, med management and psychotherapy. I am the Clinic owner and Clinician. When you schedule with me, you will be signing up for a team. Currently, there are 3 interns that work with me. An intern will take your medical history and psychiatric history, then I will come on and the intern and I will create the treatment plan. On subsequent visits, you will see the intern and he/she will bring me on when the medication and/or treatment plan needs to be changed. All of us provide Integrative Psychiatry using the most recent medications and supplements.

Upon graduating from the University of Kansas and Wichita State University with a Masters in Nursing in December 1992, I embarked on a fulfilling journey dedicated to mental health care. Joining the outpatient mental health team at the wonderful George Whalen Veteran’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, I had the privilege of providing medication management and various individual and group psychotherapies for 26 years. In May 2006, earning my Doctorate from the College of Nursing at the University of Utah was a significant milestone that deepened my commitment to serving others.

Hi I am Kelly Maurer & hold Double Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine, with a Special Interest in Addiction Medicine. As the sole communicator with my patients/clients, I offer exclusive services characterized by highly personalized care. Understanding the significance of evidence-based treatments, I extend appointment times to ensure comprehensive client care for optimal outcomes. Through the EMR system, my clients can easily access me via text or email messages. My unique ability lies in evaluating individuals both medically and psychiatrically, with a keen focus on addiction when necessary.

I enjoy supporting people of all ages, no matter the mental health concern. I have experience treating anxiety to psychosis both naturally and pharmacological. I believe medications are most effective when utilized with therapy and behavioral changes.

Lin Clark is a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner, who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 with a degree in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan. Lin sees patients ages 12+. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and ADHD. In her spare time, Lin enjoys delicious food, going on walks, and bathing her hairless pets.

I am Dr. Veronica Forchu. I earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UMass Global California with a specialty in Psychiatry and Mental Health Across the Lifespan. I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing Ohio. I have experience in case management, serving patients of different age groups in home health, palliative care, and hospice, and managing anxiety, depression, dementia, psychotic episodes, and pain at end-of-life. I bring with me over 10 years of experience working with patients and providing emotional support to their families and loved ones dealing with loss & grief.

Samantha Allan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who embodies clinical expertise while connecting with patients with warmth and empathy. She is an ethical healthcare provider with the ability to stay calm, and intervene during the most difficult tasks. She has a proven ability to build positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians, and other medical professionals. Samantha is an effective motivator, communicator, and advocate. She has an inherent ability to manage all personalities, defuse stressful situations, proactively resolve issues, and meet and achieve challenging goals and objectives.

Alyssa is nationally board certified in psychiatry, skilled in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. Her expertise is in child and adolescent psychiatry, but she has training across the lifespan. Alyssa enjoys an integrative approach and doesn’t believe that “one size fits all.” She is aware of social, economic, family, biological, behavioral, and community factors that play into treating each individual. Many modalities are available in treatment of psychiatric disorders and she is committed to finding the best combination for her patients and families.

Amy Belnap is one of the only CADDRA certified psychiatric providers in the state of Idaho; a certification for specialists working with ADHD. In addition to ADHD, she also treats those with learning or behavioral problems, mood and conduct disorders, OCD, and Autism. She uses medication and psychotherapy to help patients achieve their greatest potential. She also offers genetic testing to help identify treatment options that are the most likely to help you or your loved one.
