He has 7 years of experience working in mental health with an emphasis in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and adolescent psychiatry. His doctoral thesis focused of lifestyle modifications to improve mental wellness and resilience. He understands that everyone is unique, requiring personalized treatment plans.
