Laura Maw is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and provides psychiatric medication management in by telehealth and at our Lehi Clinic in Thanksgiving Point. She has over 31 years of nursing experience with 22 years in psychiatric medication management. She earned a Doctorate in Nurse Practices (DNP) from the University of Utah specializing in Family Nurse Practice (FNP).

Christopher believes true healing starts with relationships and communication. He strives to alleviate his patients’ suffering by tailoring a care plan that meets their individual needs. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys running, eating out at restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.

Gayle Scanlan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Utah who has been practicing since 2022. Lin Clark is a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner, who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 with a degree in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan. Lin sees patients ages 12+. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and ADHD. In her spare time, Lin enjoys delicious food, going on walks, and bathing her hairless pets.

Accepting New Patients! I specialize in psychedelic assisted therapy, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. As a former firefighter and paramedic, I also love to work with first responders. In my therapeutic approach, I integrate psychedelic assisted therapy with mindfulness-based therapy, somatic inquiry, and other forms of therapy. I believe in a collaborative process and a trauma-informed approach, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where my clients can heal and thrive.

Suzanne Peterson is a Utah native and earned her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Utah. Many years ago while taking nursing classes, her 3-year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, which caused Suzanne to become intensely interested in pediatric care. After her daughter entered remission, she worked in pediatric oncology for years, but Suzanne saw a great need for pediatric and family mental health services given the difficult situations she’d encountered in pediatric oncology. She returned to graduate school and graduated from Georgetown to become a family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in mental health.

Jamie Mathews is an APRN, PMHNP-BC who has been a Nurse for over 20 years. She taught psychiatric patient care over 14 years after working in Home Health/Hospice, ICU, and Med-Surg. She became passionate for mental health and caring for others who need support and assistance for improved mental health while training nursing students in psychiatric hospitals, and has grown her knowledge of and interest in mental health ever since. Jamie works at a psychiatric hospital and works outpatient psychiatric care which she feels is the best of both worlds.
