I have nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, inpatient and outpatient, in numerous roles. My primary purpose is to assist individuals in recovering and maintaining their mental health. The promotion of holistic care is my number one belief. I concentrate on several areas, including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment disorder, OCD, Substance Use Disorder, Insomnia, and Postpartum Depression; evidence-based interventions are the center of the treatment.
