My name Olaide Akinyinka, PMHNP. I am a board-certified, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating patients across the lifespan. I have worked in the behavioral/medical/mental health field for over 8 years, and am here to help guide you in your healing journey! I treat teens, young adult and elderly population with a focus of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder. I believe in a collaborative approach. I specialize in medication management. I am dedicated to helping clients optimize their mental health by developing a collaborative partnership with clients and tailoring treatment to meet specific needs.

Patients that I see want to get better and find out why they are having problems. My practice is largely devoted to mood and thought disorders. I am a minimalist when it comes to using medication. I am often seeing folks who are either over-medicated and/or on the wrong types of medications. The 2 letters after my surname are M and D. To me, these not only stand for Medical Doctor, but almost more important to me, is they stand for Medical Detective.

Dr. Mercy Ngeusang is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 8 years of cumulative experience in caring. Obtained her doctorate degree at Northern Kentucky University, prior to years of clinical practice specializing in Psychiatry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University in Maryland USA, and continued to further her education through Walden University where she received her Master’s Degree. She treats numerous complex mental health conditions requiring ongoing medication management for children, adolescents, Adults and Elderly populations.

I provide patients and their families with education about mental health disorders. I’m passionate about providing patient-centric and holistic care to my clients. I have established workable solutions to assist patients in achieving their optimum mental or behavioral health goals. I have ensured that the best possible outcome is achieved, using scientifically proven practices that suits my patient’s specific lifestyle and culture.
