I offer appointments in-person or virtually in Southlake. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and my strengths are adolescent and adult psychiatry for ages 13 and older. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, OCD, panic, ADHD, autism, PTSD, alcohol use disorder, anger, and psychosis. I am an advocate for integrating holistic care with psychiatric medication management to help patients address their mental health.

Adjoa Asare is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that works for Molina Psychiatric Associates. She also holds a board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is an adjunct faculty member at Texas Woman’s University. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She earned her Master of Nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University and later a Post Master's Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her clinical philosophy is to treat all patients with compassion, respect, and open-mindedness.

I treat all genders ages 18 and up for general psychiatric concerns. I also have a special interest in Reproductive Psychiatry - treating people who are pregnant, postpartum, planning a pregnancy, or who are undergoing fertility treatments as well as those who have suffered a loss.

Pamela J. Smith is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Texas who has been practicing since 2023. She has an MSN in Nursing Administration with a Post-Master Certificate in PMHNP-BC. She has 20 years of bedside nursing including ICU and behavioral health. Pamela believes in taking a patient-centered approach that emphasizes a partnership with her clients. A cohesive client and provider relationship helps ensure a better understanding and response to her clients' needs, values, and preferences. These partnerships should include a mutual understanding and agreement.

Mary Lynn Krolik M.D. is a Psychiatrist who specializes in Adult Psychiatry. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Krolik completed her Residency at LSU Ochsner Psychiatry Residency Program. She has 20 years' experience diagnosing and treating various mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and anxiety disorders. And she has knowledge of other conditions such as Dementia and ADD and Substance Abuse. She is looking forward to assisting you with continuing medications or starting new ones.

Heather Mendoza is a BoardCertified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Texas who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech and Master of Science from Walden University. Heather is passionate about the field of psychiatry and helping others overcome challenges they face in regard to their mental health. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with family on her small farm, traveling, and reading.

I am happy to announce the opening of my practice in Southlake, Texas. I am a board certified adult psychiatrist and offer medication management in combination with psychotherapy or alone. If you are already working with a therapist I will communicate closely with them regarding your care. I completed medical school and residency training at the Johns Hopkins school of Medicine and have had extensive experience working with patients age 13 and up. I do not believe in the '15 minute med check', rather I enjoy working with a small number of patients and developing meaningful relatioships with them.

Seema Kazi, MD completed her dual-residency program in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut in 1998, and in 1999 continued on to complete her fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at NYU. She has been in private practice for over 20 years and has worked as the Medical Director at Princeton House Behavioral Health Inpatient Services, providing the highest level of care for people of all ages that were struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse problems, or a combination of both. She moved from New Jersey to the greater DFW area to be near her family in 2013.

My goal is to help you enhance your overall quality of life. I am interested in the development of the personality throughout the life cycle, how difficulties affect the experience of the self, and how medication and therapy can improve these (and, of course, improve your ability to function in the world.) The majority of my patients have depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, learning disabilities, trauma, Asperger's Disorder, relationship issues, or some combination of these.
