My name is Oyebola ‘Bola’ Oyelade, DNP, Board-Certified PMHNP with over 14 years of experience actively listening and treating clients across various lifespans. Rhoda Madamombe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN, PMHNP-BC) and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. She graduated from Wilkes University and has been in the field of psychiatry since 2004. Rhoda has worked in psychiatric hospitals all her career. She worked for Medical City McKinney for 12 years holding various positions that include staff nurse, charge nurse, clinical supervisor, and nurse manager/PMHNP-BC.

Aly is dedicated to offering mental health services of the highest caliber. She is caring, and provides comprehensive care to adolescents and adults. Aly has excellent clinical abilities complemented by a natural ability to connect with patients and their families. She adheres to recommendations based on evidence-based guidelines, clinical knowledge, and individual observation. She plays various roles as a PMHNP-BC, including that of a public health educator and a mental health advocate. Her goal is to provide quality mental health care services to all.

Dr. Randall McIntyre has been practicing Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry in the Austin area for over thirty years. He was raised in Midland, Texas. He holds a BA- biology from The University of Texas - Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School-Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residencies in General and Child Psychiatry at UTHSC-Houston. He is doubly Boarded in Child and Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dykstra Freeman, APRN has more than 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. In addition to APRN, he has served as an RN and an MHT. Education is fundamental to his work and his expertise. He has a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University, two Bachelor’s degrees (biology and nursing) from Northwestern State University at LA, and an Associate’s in Nursing from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University of LA.

Dr. Rizvi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, currently providing psychiatric services at a private office in Frisco Mental Health Services and as a chief medical officer at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco. Dr. Rizvi provides services to ages 10 years and above.
