I want to serve my community and help those in need of assistance with their mental health and or substance use disorder I offer an evidence based non- biased approach for all clients. My goal is to decrease the stigma associated with mental health.

The treatment philosophy in my practice is focused on a comprehensive initial evaluation and then setting up realistic therapeutic goals to achieve in the treatment process. Clients will find a professional, caring, and an empathetic approach where their supports system and other health care providers, when appropriate, will be part of the treatment team in order to facilitate a better treatment outcome. This approach in my experience has a higher potential for a better outcome in reaching the therapeutic goals of healing and recovery.

Dr. Pichot is a graduate of the UT Health San Antonio Psychiatry Residency Program and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. He was nominated and selected by peer physicians in San Antonio Magazine’s Top Doctors of 2023 in Psychiatry and Super Doctors Rising Stars in 2024 with a special advertising section in the July issue of Texas Monthly. He is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy practicing in Alamo Heights at the Broadway Theater Building. Dr. Krista Lewis is a board-certified nurse practitioner at PMB Wellness PLLC, who is qualified to practice in both primary care and psychiatry. She pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, with Bachelors from Chamberlain University. Then, she obtained her Family Nurse practitioner’s degree at Chamberlain University, Post-Master’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree at Maryville University, and her doctorate degree at Chamberlain University. Some of her practice specialties include (but are not limited to) ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Mood disorders, and Insomnia.

Our clinic will serve patients aged 4 years old through college age. The practice will serve families who deal with psychiatric concerns of mood, disruptive behaviors, and difficulties in learning and school performance. While the patient is always the primary focus of any treatment, the family as a whole will be supported and counseled in ways to best deal with the stressors they face.
