Through the years I have gained extensive experience in treating clients experiencing attention deficit, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, chronic illness, and substance use issues. I use an integrative and client-centered approach to help clients build strength and clarity of mind to find their purpose.

I try to tell all my patients that we all hit brick walls at some point in our lives and that is ok. We just have to figure out a way to get past that brick wall. Once we have what is needed, whether medication help or new coping skills, we can thrive again.
