Hi, I'm Dr. Henrietta Evans, DNP, APRN, with dual certifications in Psychiatric Mental Health and Geriatric Nursing. My career began in 1993 as an LPN in the U.S. Army, leading to a BSN from the University of Phoenix and an MSN from the University of South Alabama, focusing on psychiatric care. I earned a Gerontological NP certificate in 2010 and a DNP in 2015. Additionally, I'm certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy. With over 31 years across diverse medical fields, my holistic approach integrates mind, body, and soul wellness, continually advancing nursing excellence.

Jim is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who brings a wealth of knowledge about mental health and experience in behavioral health management to our clinic where he serves as our Clinical Director and provides medication management for our patients. Jim has an MSN from Seattle University and worked in behavioral health administration prior to becoming a psychiatric nurse. As an RN, he worked as a staff nurse on a medical-psych unit and as a charge nurse on an adolescent psych unit and an adult psychiatric intensive care unit. He became a nurse to work in psychiatry and has always worked in psychiatry – he loves every day on the job.

I have developed a strong understanding of mental health, particularly related to ADHD, marriage counseling, personal counseling and coaching through both personal and professional experiences. My experience includes navigating the challenges associated with mental well being, such as managing focus, time management, and organization, and successfully implementing strategies to improve productivity and overall well-being.
