Domikah is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She received her education (MSN) and training from the University of Texas at Arlington — where she received training in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Gloria Oyeniyi is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats adult patients. She completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore MD where she received her Bachelor's degree with Honors in Public Health, then completed her medical degree at The University of Texas at Houston. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at The University of Texas Dell Medical School at Austin where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Oyeniyi has worked in several clinical, leadership and administrative positions and has been actively involved in teaching and community outreach.

Dr. Lavasani is a double board-certified Psychiatrist, specializing in both Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and went on to complete both her residency in psychiatry and fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at Baylor Scott & White medical center in Temple, Texas. She has experience in treating patients with diverse backgrounds and a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses including depressive and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, intellectual disability, autism spectrum, attachment and other mood disorders.

She works with adults and families struggling with depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma and other emotional disorders.

Dr. Nicole Nguyen is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She attained her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Southern California prior to returning to her home state of Texas to complete both her medical school and residency training at UT Health San Antonio.

Nilesh Tannu, MD, is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been practicing General Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry since past 7 years at Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Tannu uses the bio-psycho-social model to provide evidence-based psychopharmacologic treatment. He also integrates supportive and cognitive-behavioral therapy modalities into his practice. Dr. Matthew Koller is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is joining the Talkiatry team as a staff psychiatrist after completion of his psychiatry residency. Dr. Koller believes that a person must be known before they are treated, and he works with patients to understand their goals of care while prioritizing a collaborative treatment approach. His practice focuses on medication management, however he allows space for supportive therapy and other therapeutic modalities within sessions. He may include a therapist in the treatment plan for optimal care.

Mr. Victor Lee Ilog is a nationally credentialed and double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Mr. Ilog holds advanced training as a nationally recognized Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. His approach is holistic in nature utilizing evidence-based approach to mental health and non-pharmacological interventions.
