As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I will complete a thorough psychiatric evaluation and partner with you to formulate the best individualized treatment plan.

We are currently accepting new clients - children from age 10 and adults of all ages. We offer psychiatric evaluation and follow up, with flexible virtual evening, daytime, and weekend availabilities. Dr. Umar Latif is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology with triple board certification in General Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and member of the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Latif completed his residency training at Wayne State University in Michigan and postgraduate fellowship training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
