Emily is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a doctoral degree in nursing practice. She specializes in the holistic treatment of adults suffering from trauma, mood, anxiety, thought disorders including co-occurring substance use disorders. She values high quality, evidence-based, holistic mental health care. While providing psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and psychoeducation, Emily ensures the client is at the center of decision making. She adheres to a compassionate and non-judgemental approach when managing mental health.

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years experience working in the mental health field. I believe in having my patients involved in the decision making process regarding their care. I collaborate closely with my patients and additional medical professionals involved in their care. My goal is to effectively treat patients using the fewest amount of medications possible at the individuals lowest therapeutic dose.

Dr. Kristin Miselis was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She took a non-traditional path to a career in medicine that enabled her to augment her medical practice with a broad range of life experiences. She specializes in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a specific expertise in the treatment of individuals with eating disorders. She is proud to be serving the youth and families of Austin and the surrounding communities.

Kurt Cousins, MD, MBA is a fellowship-trained, double board-certified psychiatrist, practicing general psychiatry and subspecializing in child and adolescent psychiatry in Austin, TX. Dr. Cousins completed residency training in Psychiatry at the University of Maryland School of Medicine - Sheppard Pratt Hospital (#6 in Psychiatry, U.S. News & World Report); and fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine, The Menninger Clinic (#5 in Psychiatry) and Texas Children’s Hospital (#4 in Pediatrics). He completed additional training in addiction psychiatry at the Betty Ford Clinic, Rancho Mirage, CA.
