My name is Halee Fullerton. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner that has worked in various settings. I specialize in medication management. I offer a personalized, holistic, evidence-based approach to the treatment of mental health and addiction disorders. My specific interests are treating depression, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and addiction disorders in children/adolescents and young adults.

Children, teens, and young adults often struggle when facing new experiences and developmental transitions. Through these challenges they learn more about themselves and the type of individual they wish to become. Several of my patients appear content when viewed outwardly, but privately are struggling with depression, anxiety, or other emotional concerns. Behavioral health interventions in the form of medication or talk therapy can be very powerful tools to help overcome these hurdles.

Dr. Seeta Patel is a Harvard-trained, board-certified adult psychiatrist. She provides evidence-based medication management for adults (18 years and older). She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma related concerns. She works with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and have seen how trauma can cause lifelong suffering. We often do not reach out until aspects of our life have already been affected in a negative way - for instance, when our relationships have fallen apart, or when we have lost a job. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness, but rather it is a sign of strength.

We want our clients to understand that they are not alone regardless of what their condition may sound or look like rather be rest assured that Compassion Behavioral Health will provide interventions to restore hopes.

My expertise lies in conducting thorough mental health assessments for children and adults, identifying their needs, and developing personalized care plans. Dr. Xingchun Tang is board-certified in both General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. She completed her residency in Medical University of South Carolina & fellowship training at the UT Southwestern at Dallas. She works with adult patients using both medications and psychotherapy. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of psychiatric diagnosis including depression, bipolar, anxiety, ADHD and opioid use disorder. She sees patients for Saturday, and Monday for video appointment.

My primary goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, accepted, and understood. I am an adult psychiatrist offering treatment with both medications and psychotherapy. Medications can be helpful, but medicine is never the sole answer to our problems. As a psychiatrist who also does psychotherapy, I will work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan which includes the role of physical activity, relationships, nutrition and work/life balance. I treat adults with depression, anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder), mood disorders, and ADHD.

Dr. Karolyn Skalany focuses on providing patient centered medical care for the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, and insomnia. Dr. Skalany is also a specialist in female reproductive psychiatry, including perinatal and post-partum depression, pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, and mood issues related to perimenopause.

I am committed to helping individuals attain their optimal mental health. I have over a decade of dedicated patient care experience. My treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to experience their personal happy place. I will help with facilitating your journey to inner well-being.

Dr. Weiss believes in meeting people where they are and custom-tailoring a plan to meet their specific concerns. He works with each individual and their family members as well as other medical treatment providers to create a plan that meets their needs. For some, this may include medication management whereas others require psychotherapy and finally certain patients may do best with both.

Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting new patients. I work with clients who are looking to find and grow their strengths and ability to handle the challenges in their lives.
