Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I prefer to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I like to investigate the reason(s) you're seeking help and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll consider how your thoughts influence your emotions and experiences. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to resist against those thoughts to alter your feelings for the better.
