Our anxiety about the state of the world is a normal response to the abnormal stressors facing so many of us. The collective concerns that we all face coupled with our own individual worries can make life feel overwhelming. I have worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2007 and my private practice is focused on looking within. Working with individuals to focus and heal the one person we can control: ourselves. I am a strong proponent of meditation and medication. My approach is to align my work according to YOUR values.
I also work part time in West Seattle at Transformational Psychiatry NW providing Brain Stimulation therapy that includes TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). TMS is well researched in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, Addiction, Bipolar depression, Chronic pain, tinnitus, and smoking cessation. Unlike medications, TMS has little to no side effects.
In addition, to my work as a Board Certified Psychiatric ARNP I am also a Certified Sex Therapist focused on addressing sexual health concerns when present. My specialty is men’s sexuality with an emphasis on treating erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, and compulsive sexual behaviors.
