Dr. Seth Thompson is a board-certified psychiatrist with an expertise in Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and Addictive Medicine. He completed his medical residency training at East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine where he had the opportunity to train with a diverse population of both providers and patients. He continues to reside in the eastern portion of Tennessee providing care for patients from a large swath and catchment area of southwest Virginia, southeast Kentucky, West Virginia, eastern and middle Tennessee, and northwest North Carolina.

I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan. I enjoy connecting with women who are struggling with mood disorders while fostering a therapeutic relationship conducive to healing.

Dr. Bartek is a Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She is board-certified in General Psychiatry and Pediatrics, and board-eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. She has been caring for children and adolescents as a physician for 15 years. Dr. Bartek’s approach is holistic, collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered. Dr. Bartek draws on her years as a pediatrician working with families and children in her work as a psychiatrist. Dr. Bartek incorporates therapeutic techniques into medication management visits, but she may also recommend adding a therapist to your care team for the best results.

Dr. Reynolds started her practice to serve her patients and help them lead enriched and fulfilling lives. She will guide and support you as you navigate life’s stressors and challenges. In addition to medication, she will use a comprehensive approach for your mental health needs that focuses on the whole self. Dr. Lalita Ramnaraine is Board Certified in both General Adult Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Ramnaraine’s practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with therapy offered in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Ramnaraine is pro-therapy and believes the best outcome in treatment is when therapy and medication modalities are combined.

I am dedicated to helping people suffering from a variety of problems, including depression, anxiety, ocd, social anxiety, panic, autism, adhd, relationship difficulties and behavioral problems. It is a privilege to walk alongside people and help them resolve symptoms they find distressing and improve their quality of life.
