I have been in private practice for over 30 years and my best source of referrals are satisfied clients. I work with individuals experiencing all aspects of trauma, grief, bereavement concerns and assist them into recovery. I use a variety of approaches in my therapy with the core being cognitive psychotherapy. I am experienced in marital therapy and assisting individuals to meet their goals. I also have much experience assisting individuals with both depression and anxiety finding healthy coping mechanisms so they can be at their optimum level of functioning. I strive to see clients on a regular basis.

Spring Creek Mental Health consists of Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. Their training and experience qualify them to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for patients across the lifespan. Our primary focus is to deliver evidence-based mental health care services and provide quality resources for patients involved. We offer telemedicine and in-person services. ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS - We help patients establish a professional relationship with a dedicated physician who knows their medical history and medication regimen. This provides the patient with continuity of care and on-demand access to a doctor through telemedicine or in-person appointments. We manage a wide spectrum of illnesses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD, ADHD and insomnia. Patients with these conditions have the best chance of improvement when they have regular appointments with the same physician who works with the patient in a professional setting.

I am goal oriented, and I help patients see their full potential. While I believe pharmaceuticals are only a piece of the puzzle, I recognize when medicine is a necessary modality to help a patient feel like themself again. I am capable of diagnosing and prescribing for all mental illnesses, as my behavioral health experience includes: working in inpatient psychiatry, working for a psychiatrist as his personal Nurse Practitioner, and as the psychiatric provider for a clinic that serves the working uninsured. we do not file your visit with insurance. Intake appts are $250 and follow up appts are $150 and we can see you within a week.
