I'm Toni, an accomplished healthcare professional, holding a Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice. Licensed in 39 states, I have certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) from AANP and ANCC. My educational journey encompasses a Master's in Nursing (FNP) and a Bachelor's in Nursing. Additionally, I have diverse training, including ADN, LPN, and MA, providing me with a comprehensive foundation in healthcare. I serve as the VP of Nursing at Landmark Recovery. I lead strategic initiatives to ensure high-quality care and foster excellence in education and research.

Dr. Lindsay Works is board certified in Psychiatry as well as Addiction Medicine. Before joining Talkiatry, Dr. Works was a staff Psychiatrist at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and the clinical consultant for substance abuse treatment at Fort Campbell, KY, providing patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting. After completing 8 years of active duty service, Dr. Works honorably left army service at the rank of Major.

My goal as a dual board certified nurse practitioner is to look at each patient from a holistic whole body point of view. I have found in my professional experience, and personal, women's health is multifactorial and is influenced heavily by outside factors that I can help you manage including, but not limited to, hormones, mental health concerns, and weight management.

The psychiatrist and therapist developed a customized treatment plan together for our clients. We offer holistic approach of mental health treatment by using genetic testing, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) treatment, Ketamine and natural medicines.

Telepsychiatry is proven to be a very effective means of treating mental health issues. All patients are treated with respect and dignity via of HIPAA-compliant televideo appointments. Most follow-up appointments last 20 to 30 minutes and offer you the convenience of a visit from the privacy of your own home or wherever you have a WiFi or cellular connection. No waiting in crowded lobbies or driving to appointments. Medications are sent electronically to your pharmacy and are ready within a short period of time. I offer convenient appointment times. I do not provide therapy or counseling sessions; I do medication management only.
