Originally from Columbia Falls, Montana, Marilyn has lived in Tennessee since the late 80’s. She attended Tennessee State University, where she received her RN in 1992. Marilyn was drawn to the field of mental health after working in substance abuse treatment as a registered nurse, and returned to graduate school to further her education, earning her MSN and certification as Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the Vanderbilt School of Nursing. With over 29 years in healthcare, including 11 in mental health, Marilyn brings extensive knowledge to her practice. She draws from experience in a multitude of settings.

I specialize in guiding young and middle-aged adults through difficult life transitions. Facing new academic or work demands, becoming a parent, or navigating relationship dynamics can present many challenges. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms, insomnia, or a variety of other mental health symptoms, I want to guide you through these difficult times by building a supportive, non-judgmental relationship through which to collaborate to discover your ideal self. Welcome, my name is Toni Williams Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, PMHNP, FNP. Toni Williams is a Board-Certified Doctor of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Toni Williams has been in the nursing arena for over 19 years. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for 10 years with a background in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Oncology, and Corrections. She also worked in several leadership roles in nursing as a Clinical Educator and a Regional Nursing Director of Education. Toni Williams became a Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN) in 2014.

I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in treating mental illness in adults (17 and up). I enjoy working in a partnership with all individuals to achieve optimum quality of life. I will work collaboratively with psychologists and counselors and reinforce their therapy goals for you. Both prescription medications and holistic therapies are utilized for clients depending on their specific needs. Some of the holistic approaches include meditation and scripted muscle relaxation techniques. I welcome all patients and I am LGBT friendly. It's our goal to get patients usually seen the same week I'm contacted.

Sally has a Bachelor's in Psychology and two advanced degrees in Nursing. She provides psychiatric services, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Her primary goal is to make her patients feel "seen" with a caring, non-judgemental approach. She provides high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to her patient's diagnosis and lifestyle in hopes of reducing individual suffering and helping her patients become the most optimal version of themself.

My primary role as a psychiatrist is to explore the numerous factors that can be involved in mental distress. I have a unique background with training in both Internal Medicine and Psychiatry. These issues often coincide and consideration needs to be given to both. The connection between mind and body is of paramount importance and each treatment needs to be tailored to the individual patient. My practice primarily consists of therapy plus medication management. Medication is often indicated but other treatment options are always willing to be considered for the best interests of the patient.

Angela Wood, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides diagnostic services and medication management for patients with mental health disorders. She graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with a specialty in mental health in 1999. She has been practicing as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2000.

Jodi Smith is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and clinically trained mental health therapist. She is currently accepting patients ages 10+ in her private practice, Hendersonville Family Psychiatry, LLC. Jodi provides psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults. As a medication provider and clinically trained mental health therapist, she has vast experience working with a variety of diagnosis and ages, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD.

Mandy Kay Gentry is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2017. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwest Mississippi Community College and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in PMHNP from University of Mississippi Medical Center. Mandy worked inpatient psychiatry 20112018 as an RN in adult acute psychiatry, detox, dual diagnosis, geriatrics, child/adolescent, and ECT. She has worked in private practice since 2017 focusing on medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and holistic approaches.
