I provide medication management based on safe guidelines and evidence-based practice. Initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups face to face or telepsychiatry are available. I also work with licensed Intensive outpatient (IOP) therapists. My focuses are, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. I am currently taking patients from ages 6 and up across the lifespan.

My doctoral education as a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner has given me many options to help patients examine solutions for better mental health. Memphis native Khristina Crawford is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and holds prescriptive authority in the state of Tennessee. Prior to pursuing her passion for nursing, she received her bachelor’s degree in both criminal justice and psychology and worked with children in the foster care system. Khristina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She obtained her Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama.
