Mental wellness is something that most of us are striving for in our lives. For some, it comes naturally through diet, exercise, meditation, and other coping skills, and for others, it is all we can do to get out of bed and fake a smile. I am here to support you on each side of the journey because life can be unpredictable. For those of you that are struggling with irritability, anxiety, ruminating thoughts that keep you awake, worry that things won't get better, disorganization in tasks or thoughts, that is where I come in. I help build you back up with medication, coping skills, and a lot of listening so I can understand YOU.
I offer a solid relationship and trust to develop diagnostic psychiatric evaluations, prescriptions for medication management if needed, brief therapeutic interventions, genetic testing for medications, and referrals for therapy.
My office is a judgement-free, light-hearted zone where we achieve greatness together! I use medication to help bridge the gap between the path you're on to the wellness outcome where you want to be.
