I want to help improve your quality of life and function by setting you on a path of hope and wellness, in order to see the light at the end of your road. This is my goal as a mental health provider. I offer treatment to all CT residents.

I offer expertise in medication management for chronic and acute mental illness. Initially, we complete a thorough evaluation by obtaining a comprehensive history toward discovering the problem in order to find the best treatment. I work closely with my patients treating the whole person to individualize treatment plans that meet their needs.

I practice active listening with empathy to place myself in others' positions to better understand and learn about one's problems and needs. Employing an open and non-judgmental attitude combined with a holistic approach help to build trust so that one can receive the best treatment toward improvement to optimize one's life and thrive.
