I am a Bay Area native thrilled to be living in Berkeley (where I attended college) after being in the South Bay for years. I am passionate about fixing broken systems of care, in using technology as a resource for mental health treatment, and keeping a positive attitude for my patients and their families. I enjoy working with patients to resolve current mental health issues and help youth achieve their full potential.
I am passionate about informing patients of the best treatment for their symptoms and providing this care. I am a firm believer in psychotherapy and will not prescribe medicines when therapy is the gold-standard treatment.
I have coached youth baseball for over 20 years and have a good sense of humor (at least in my opinion!). I have always gone a first-name basis with my clients and I look forward to working with you or your child as a partnership in helping cure your mental health issues.
