Dr. Thomas Finch is a general psychiatrist and psychotherapist with expertise in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, attentional disorders, self esteem issues, interpersonal difficulties, and other psychological and emotional difficulties. Dr. Finch earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, and his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, where he was a Park Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He additionally earned two masters degrees: one in Medical Anthropology from the University of Oxford, the other an MBA from Columbia University.
Dr. Finch is currently on the faculty at NYU School of Medicine, where he evaluates and treats patients in the NYU Langone Emergency Room, as well as supervises and teaches residents and medical students. Dr. Finch provides initial and second opinion consultations, as well as ongoing medication management, psychotherapy, and combined medication management.
