I am Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I specialize in screening, diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders in pediatric, adolescent, adult, and elderly. I believe in a multi-faceted comprehensive, evidence-based, and holistic approach. I am a board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine since 2013. I offer medication management services both in person and through telepsychiatry to ages 12 and older. My approach focuses on integrated mental health and physical well beings. Prior to private practice, I worked in a variety of psychiatric settings with various age groups, including both acute psychiatric hospitals and long-term care facilities.

Dr. Yang is board-certified in both general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry, and she holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience. Dr. Yang received her medical degree from the Medical School of Nanjing University in China. She went on to complete her Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the State University of New York in Buffalo, followed by several years of neuroscience research at Tufts University and Columbia University. She had completed her psychiatry residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston – McGovern Medical School (UTHealth) and the addiction psychiatry fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.

I am a board certified adult psychiatrist in Houston, TX. I offer a calm, comfortable and safe atmosphere for patients to open up and tell their stories. My goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based, compassionate care to improve mental health and overall wellness in each unique person. I have a special interest in working with professionals, stay-at-home parents, and individuals going through life transitions to improve self-esteem, stress management, and work-life balance. I incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and motivational interviewing.

Dr. Ashok Yerramsetti is board-certified in general psychiatry and board-eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Yerramsetti pursued a career in mental health care after noticing the need for it in patients during medical school rotations. He works with individuals of all ages and emphasizes early diagnosis of lifelong conditions such as bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Yerramsetti wants patients and families to fully understand their diagnosis and how medication management can be used as a tool to improve their quality of life.

As a PMHNP, I provide a safe, supportive environment for clients. I aim to empower clients through education about their mental health condition. Clients receive a comprehensive, individualized care plan, which may include medication management. I use evidence-based treatment . The ultimate goal is to enhance clients' quality of life and mental stability. I am committed to treating clients with respect, compassion, and understanding, supporting them throughout their mental health journey.
